    A few days ago, the 12315 command center of the Municipal Industrial and commercial system issued consumer warnings in February, clothing shoes and hats, residents' services and other complaints hotspots.

    In February, the 12315 command center of the Municipal Industrial and commercial system handled 779 consumer complaints, 75 complaints and 9 reports.

    The basic situation of consumer complaints in February was: 41 goods consumed, accounting for 54.67% of the total consumer complaints.

    The specific situation is: after consumers have handled a certain amount of value cards, businesses suddenly shut down or do not pfer them, causing consumers not to use them when the stored value cards are not consumed; when they are insufficient in the value cards of hairdresser shops and beauty shops, they can not be paid in cash; they need to deposit the fixed amount before they can be used; merchants promise to store the value cards in all branches, but the branches and general stores have different opinions, consumers can not be used in actual consumption.

    The city command center recommends that consumers should sign a written agreement with merchants in order to confirm their rights and obligations when booking services or handling various stored value cards.
