Reporter: Chairman Zheng, a successful market strategy must be integrated into the views and ideas of entrepreneurs on the industry market situation and the future direction of development of enterprises. What do you think of this aspect?

Many people have asked me this question. Why should we introduce this foreign brand into our distribution system? Is it for money or fame? What we are considering is that China's biggest feature is that its population is large and its area is large.
A province in China is equivalent to a country in Europe. The factor of product audience base has largely determined our main product positioning problem - sales shoes wear comfortable shoes.
As to how big the market capacity is, this is decided by the audience foundation and the purchasing power of the audience. What I am concerned about is my product selection? Is there a market prospect? This is what I personally think is the opportunity to open the Chinese market in a real sense.
Reporter: what is the current production, product status and sales status of your company? Can you introduce it?
Zheng Zhaozhong: this year, the NEW BOOM brand series products achieve the growth of orders by nearly 85% of the products.
At present, we are also trying to use the new technology and new technology to improve the overall capacity.

I think the most important thing in the future is how to continuously consolidate the existing customer base of the company's design and production capabilities and technological R & D capability, and continue to expand the domestic market share.
Reporter: Chairman Zheng, how do you view the current professional footwear industry in China? What are the advantages of enterprises in the industry?
Zheng Zhaozhong: Although we are facing the problems of rising labor costs, rising raw material prices and strict environmental requirements, we have established our own production, supply and marketing control system as well as other industries. So the competitive advantage of shoemaking industry is quite obvious. The entry of "NEW BOOM" brand makes our overall product structure more adaptable to the domestic market changes and survival environment. Therefore, we have grasped this market development opportunity, so that we can create a record of more than three hundred percent growth in franchised stores on the basis of sales in 2015.

After countless product innovations and improvements, we have consistently designed sneakers that are most suitable for Asian feet.
What we have been pursuing is the appearance of the product is more fashionable and beautiful, and the comfort is stronger. It meets people's demand for all sports shoes from inside to outside.

Reporter: what confusion and problems can you have in the operation of the brand market at present? How will you deal with these perplexities and problems?
Zheng Zhaozhong: with the influence of Europe and the United States market, the US new brand has rapidly expanded its market after entering China, and the physical store has covered hundreds of cities.
But domestic sports shoes are very competitive. No matter any brand or product has entered a homogenization era at the same time, brand homogenization, product homogenization, packaging homogenization, and market homogenization.
So we are constantly thinking about how to stand out from such an era.
I want to bear in mind that building a brand for target customers and always providing customers with the best products, I believe there is no better way to face the market.

Zheng Zhaozhong: the enterprise survives because of the profit, the product needs the brand in order to obtain more market share, the brand is valued because of the public recognition.
I think a brand will continue to create more value for consumers and consumers will choose it. So the development of "NEW BOOM" brand is determined by the public.
