More than 40 left behind women in nearly 10 villages were recruited to work.

Although Niu Zilong is young, he has accumulated rich experience in enterprise management over the years.

His main business is outsourcing.

Run and sell; his wife, Zhao Cong, does business management and strictly controls the quality of products.

The couple still collects the market information of shoes, and develops new models and new products.

In just 4 years, more than 60 thousand pairs of cloth shoes are produced each year, and the annual sales revenue is more than 120 yuan.

In addition to the piecework wage for workers, Niu Zilong also implemented the full attendance award and the service age award.

For each month, the female workers will receive a reward of 80 yuan per person, and 100 yuan bonus per month for women workers who work for more than one year.
