Su Jianwei recalls that after a year and a half of the driver, he finally found that many "head families" in Jinjiang would recruit workers in Nanan, so he went back to Kangmei, relying on the accumulated contacts in Jinjiang, and built a shoe processing factory.

In October 2006, he registered a trademark and created the brand of Shu Deng shoes.

From 2007 to 2010, the company's shoe industry agents once reached more than 80, with more than 300 workers in the factory, with an annual output value exceeding 50 million yuan.

To Su Jianwei's surprise, since 2011, shoemaking materials have been upgraded, and his factory has begun to go downhill. The market has not been opened, the agents are becoming less and less, and the workers are getting more and more. In 2011 -2012, the factory has been at a loss.

"No innovation no longer!" Su Jianwei, who was idle, decided to improve factory operation from material aspect.

According to his wife Su Ruizhen, though Su Jianwei did not graduate from junior high school, his mind was still brilliant.

Years of "shoe court" struggle, let him have unique insights into material research.

"Plastic soles are not wearable, not skid proof, not cold proof, and easy to be eliminated by the market. But when they were young, the white cloth shoes soles were rubber, though they were heavy and hard, but they were wearable and skid resistant. Why not try to improve them and create a unique lightweight rubber soles?" in early 2013, Su Jianwei began to improve the natural rubber material after "bright spot".

The accumulated experience tells Su Jianwei that natural rubber is mostly raw, only ripe rubber can be used for industrial purposes, while sulfur yellow can cook the rubber.

However, how much proportion can be added can only be figured out by continuous testing.

"In order to study rubber materials, my family has foaming agents and antioxidants."

Su Jianwei said that only if the rubber becomes hollow, the sponge will soften and the quality will become lighter.

After 2 years of trial, Su Jianwei's "rubber foam shoes and their preparation methods" were finally successfully tested. In April 23, 2014, they also applied for national invention patents, and authorized the announcement in February 18, 2015.
