How To Draw Up Contract For Equipment Maintenance

1. The contents and scope of the contract work:

Two. Work standards:

Three. Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Party A is responsible for the work arrangement and attendance of Party B, and is responsible for the performance of Party B personnel.

2. Party A has the obligation to carry out necessary safety education for the staff of Party B.

3. Party A shall bear the cost of procurement of spare parts, damaged parts and other materials entrusted to the equipment.

4. Party A shall undertake all kinds of retrofit costs for the entrusted equipment during the maintenance agreement period.

5. Party A is responsible for the annual inspection of vehicles, oil tanks, pressure vessels, safety valves and measuring instruments in the equipment under the jurisdiction.

6. Party A is responsible for the construction and maintenance of spare parts.

7. Party A is responsible for the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, and ensures the timeliness and usability of the purchase.

8. Party A has the right to examine and approve the maintenance plan, material purchase plan and maintenance plan and equipment pformation plan put forward by Party B.

9. Party A has the right to check the inspection, repair and maintenance records of Party B at any time according to the use of the equipment, organize the joint inspection of equipment including Party B, and provide supervision, advice, recognition and treatment to Party B's work.

10. Party A has the right to check the qualification certificates of Party B's staff at any time, to stop any illegal operation and the execution of the plan.

11. Party A has the right to order Party B to make immediate overhaul of the sudden breakdown of the equipment and facilities under it, and to punish the Party B for possible violation or dereliction of duty.

12. Party A has the right to punish or dismiss Party B's incompetent employees according to the seriousness of the case. Party B shall not refuse for no reason.

13. Party A assumes that due to the lack of timely procurement of necessary materials, the related responsibilities resulting from production will be affected.

14. Party A has the obligation to pay the expenses stipulated in this agreement in time.

Four. Party B's

And obligations:

1. Party B has the responsibility to educate its employees to abide by the laws and regulations of the state and the rules and regulations of Party A.

If Party B fails to cause any economic losses to Party A during the contract period because of violation of national laws and regulations and Party A's rules and regulations, Party B will make compensation.

2. the maintenance personnel provided by Party B should have good professional ethics.

3. the maintenance personnel provided by Party B shall have the maintenance skills paid in conjunction with the entrusted equipment.

4. the maintenance personnel provided by Party B, such as electrician, electric welder and instrument worker, shall have valid certificates issued by relevant departments of the state, and be certified to be certified.

5. Party B is obliged to put forward amendments to the relevant equipment management according to the actual use of the equipment, and assist Party A in charge of personnel to further improve the equipment management system.

6. Party B has the right to participate in and assist Party A in the development of large and medium-sized maintenance and process equipment pformation plans and plans, but must be approved by Party A before approval.

7. Party B is responsible for providing maintenance tools for maintenance personnel, including basic maintenance facilities such as electric welding, gas cutting, cutting, drilling machines and so on.

8. the maintenance tools provided by Party A to Party B. If Party B personnel are damaged or lost in the course of using, Party B will be responsible for compensation.
