Lu'An Municipal Bureau Of Statistics Carries Out The Training Of Statistical Information And Document Processing In The City

In order to further improve the city's statistical system of government information writing and document processing level, in December 2nd, the Lu'an Municipal Bureau of statistics organized the compilation of the municipal statistical system government information.

From the aspects of "how to grasp information points" and "how to write information", this paper gives a brief explanation of the definition, characteristics, functions, sources and writing methods of government information.

This paper makes a detailed analysis of the differences between the speeches, summaries and leaders' speeches and the weak links of information submitted by all departments in the city.

Through this training, not only did the participants get a better understanding and mastery of the norms of information writing and document processing, standardized the concept of official document writing, but also improved their writing information and the level of official document processing.

Sun Yimin, director of the municipal office, explained in detail the document writing and processing. Sun Yimin made detailed and specific explanations from the aspects of the usage, format, main points of writing and matters needing attention of the common documents.
