China Cotton Textile Industry Association'S "13Th Five-Year Plan" Announced

However, the industry is still faced with difficulties such as insufficient innovation capability, declining cost advantages, fierce competition in foreign trade, and the need to improve the cotton system.

Wang Qingcui, vice president of the China Cotton Textile Industry Association, introduced the "13th Five-Year plan" outline of the cotton textile industry in China (Draft). During the "13th Five-Year" period, the industry will upgrade its quality and efficiency, diversify its products, optimize its regional layout, build its own brand, realize its internationalization strategy and achieve sustainable development of green and environmental protection, so as to enhance industrial efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
