Only the "artificial too expensive" problem, these bosses together give a figure of labor cost in Dongguan at present, the wage of a general worker is basically 3000-3500 yuan, plus the expenditure of "five risks and one gold" required by the state labor management department, the labor cost of an enterprise for a general worker will reach about 4000 yuan.

When enterprises move to Vietnam, India or Thailand, the same general workers are required to pay only 700-1000 yuan.

Returning to Dongguan from 2006 to 2012, he worked as an engineering development supervisor in an enterprise, leading a group of technicians to design products with computers.
"At that time, I was in charge of more than 20 people, all engineers and college students, earning 11500 yuan on their monthly wages."

As a result, in his recruitment and online applications, he listed the ideal jobs as management positions such as engineering development and factory management. He thought this was his advantage.

But reality has not allowed him to be picky.
The fact is that he is now facing a severe crisis of survival.
Since leaving the post of the engineering development director who had brought him pride and confidence in 2012, he once returned to his home in Yulin, Guangxi, where he had opened over two years of dog meat chafing dish restaurant. The result ended in failure, and basically lost all his savings.
After a few months of fruitless efforts, he returned to Dongguan more than two months ago. He wanted to go back to the old way of work that he once had no idea of "a dead end".
Because the wife of his hometown in Yulin has no job and is unemployed at home. One of the two children is studying at University, and one is still in high school.
So he has to find a job. He has to work hard.
Today, he has almost no money, and daily expenses such as accommodation, meals and so on are overdrawn by several bank cards before being processed.
The standard of accommodation is only 15 yuan per day.

Even so, he did not want to go back to his hometown in Yulin, Guangxi.

Some of my colleagues and classmates in the past did get mixed up, but they also had high officials. But when things passed, they didn't get in touch for years. How could they bother to bother others again?
When the reporter interviewed him, a Shenzhen enterprise called him and told him to go there for an interview a few days later. The company saw his resume on the Internet.
"They are the production electrical engineers. They offer me 7K, which is 7000 yuan a month.
