    What Should You Consider Leaving?

    As a manager coach who helps others to change jobs, the first question I often encounter is how to know when it is time to leave a job that is being done. This is a decision that requires careful and careful consideration.

    In certain circumstances, finding new jobs can cause a certain degree of risk to your career or your physical and mental health.

    Keep an open mind about new opportunities, and most importantly, take action.

    All in all, with good ability, willing to give and firm perseverance, your favorite job will be yours, so fight for it right away!

    I would suggest that you immediately start thinking about taking action to change the workplace runway, if there are 5 signals:

    Are you trapped in a job where you are told that you have no chance to get promoted? Do you have some negative thoughts about your job?

    Do you participate in work that you think you can do every day even when you are asleep? Have you been in the same job for 3 to 5 years, and there are no new opportunities or responsibilities to develop?

    Especially in today's economy, when many companies are already starting to innovate wildly, it is important to maintain their best condition and keep your job skills.

    A job that inspires you will definitely make your work more fun, not boring.

    You don't have to think about it. You will be surprised when you know how many managers who cooperate with me every day are suffering from abusive behavior of their superiors.

    However, what is abusive behavior?

    If your boss roars, loses things, looks down upon you, even insults you in front of others, or threatens your job every day, and when you are harassed in various ways, your boss is a sadistic tendencies, and you are working with a boss who has abused.

    No one should be treated like this.

    Unfortunately, many companies are enduring these behaviors for the sake of their interests, or they dare not offend the other side.

    You don't have to put up with this kind of behavior. No matter how weak you feel now, you have a choice.

    The first is to restore your self-esteem.

    When you are abused and instilled in bad values, you must take action that is ready to leave.

    Review your resume, arrange your interview costumes, and start sending out application forms.

    When you make up your mind to leave the job that is meaningless to you, you have moved towards a more balanced, successful and happy life.

    Straighten yourself out today and tell the world that you are a valuable person, and you deserve a better future.

    Office politics

    I often ask: is it possible to "change" the boss or the environment in the presence of these problems? The answer is: it is very difficult.

    Usually, when the boundary is violated by others, the working environment is led by the problematic person, and these behaviors are passed from the upper level.

    If your work environment is like this, don't try to fix it, but look for new job immediately.

    In recent years, I have seen that I have been patient.

    High pressure

    There is an increasing trend in working in the environment until sick customers.

    For example, physical distress, such as cecum and hair loss, or emotional depression and anxiety, I have seen clients who rely on alcohol or drugs to maintain work, and finally receive treatment here.

    If you see yourself on this road, you must leave at once.

    No job is worth changing with your health no matter how high the income is, no matter how strong it is, no matter how much you want to get that job at the beginning.

    In such an environment, everything you experience will be worse.

    You must know that you deserve a more balanced and harmonious life and try every means to achieve it.
