The notice request: the unemployment insurance premium rate of our province is 0.5%, the employer (excluding enterprise) pays the unemployment insurance premium at the rate of 1.5%, and the enterprise pays the unemployment insurance premium by 1%.

According to the notification requirements, the unemployment insurance collection agencies in Anshan and the unemployment insurance collection agencies in the eastern region, Tiexi District, Qianshan District, Lishan District, Haicheng, Taian and Xiuyan in June 2015 will be implemented according to the new rate standard.

It is understood that there are more than 8000 employing units in Anshan, and more than 50 people registered for unemployment insurance.

Before, the unemployment insurance premium rate in Anshan was partly paid by 2% of the total monthly salary, and the individual paid 1% of the total monthly salary.

The enterprise is paid by 1% of the total monthly salary, and the individual pays 1% of the total salary approved by the social security in the previous year.

The personal fee rate is adjusted to 0.5%, and the payment is reduced by half.

That is to say, the deduction of unemployment insurance premiums in personal wages has been partially reduced, but the treatment has not changed.

The standard of unemployment insurance is determined according to a certain proportion of the local minimum wage standard. If the units and individuals who have lost their jobs before unemployment are paid for 1 years less than 10 years, they will be paid according to the local minimum wage standard of 70%; if they are 10 years or more, they will be paid in accordance with the local minimum wage standard of 80%.

According to this standard, the standard of unemployment insurance payment in Anshan urban area is 735 yuan and 840 yuan per person per month.

It is reported that during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed must explain their training and job hunting situation on the 26 day of each month to the end of the month (effective working day) to the neighborhood offices (unemployment insurance agency) of the household registration office, otherwise, the unemployment insurance premium will be suspended for the month.
