The project is divided into two phases: one phase investment of 403 million yuan, construction of "four storehouses, two lines and first floor", including two common distribution libraries with 33 thousand square meters of common temperature, 15 thousand square meters of low-temperature common distribution repository, 5 thousand square meters, the largest 5000 ton -55 degree cryogenic storehouse in Northeast China and so on. After completion, the maximum storage capacity can reach 100 thousand tons, and two railway special lines are directly connected with two common temperature distribution repository.

The two phase invested 237 million yuan.

The first phase is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of the year.

At the same time, we will develop and apply the logistics information management system, develop 300 joint distribution vehicles, use the most advanced logistics intelligence technology, set up the cloud service center platform, and unify and integrate the urban distribution vehicle resources.

After the completion of the project, it will become the largest fast consumer goods and cold chain food storage and distribution center in Dalian. Through the distribution center, it will integrate the logistics resources such as distribution, pportation and allocation, unified dispatching, joint distribution and multimodal pport to realize the scale and intensification of urban distribution operation, improve the utilization efficiency of logistics resources, reduce the cost of distribution, alleviate traffic congestion, save energy and reduce emission, expand employment, and improve the quality of "vegetable basket" and "rice bag".

It is reported that the project has been included in the "13th Five-Year plan" of the comprehensive pportation service of the Ministry of pport and the "13th Five-Year" development plan of Liaoning traffic logistics.
