Cleaning Starts With Design Projects, Implements Energy Conservation And Emission Reduction, And Protects The Ecological Environment.

Recently, the "clean start design" project sponsored by the natural resources protection association and the World Bank Group International Finance Corporation has helped the Chinese textile industry to explore environmentally friendly manufacturing. The forum was held in Shanghai recently.

The conference commended 33 Chinese textile printing and dyeing enterprises that were working with the project.

These enterprises significantly reduced the impact of the production process on the ecological environment, and the water saving and energy saving rates were 36% and 22% respectively, and a large amount of dyes and auxiliaries were saved. The total economic benefits amounted to nearly 100 million yuan.

In the past few years, on the basis of research and pilot projects, the project summed up the "ten best practices" of energy saving, water saving, emission reduction and economic benefits. In order to further promote its effective implementation, the organizers joined hands with Taghit, Cape, Levi's and H&M in 2014.

In the most concentrated areas of printing and dyeing enterprises in Shaoxing and Guangzhou, a pilot project was carried out to carry out systematic training, investigation and formulation of improvement plans for nearly 100 enterprises. Finally, 33 enterprises were involved in the whole process and implemented a total of 200.

Improvement measures.

The implementation of this project will effectively reduce the impact of printing and dyeing enterprises on the surrounding environment, and greatly promote the implementation of energy-saving emission reduction plans proposed by the state.
