    The Corner Is The Prime Location For The Location Of Commercial Shops.

    Unfortunately, none of these Brasilia.

    Brasilia is so huge that we even do it for it.

    Le Kub Siennaa Du, who designs it, admits that it is a failure case.

    These are the mistakes that new cities and communities often make.

    Because land prices have skyrocketed, building heights are hard to avoid.

    New York is no exception.

    The higher the building is, the greater the interest can be. It is unrealistic to ask developers to sacrifice their profits and beauty.

    Urban planners, like all designers, can no longer be independent artists, and are not interfered with by the government and without any utilitarian factors.

    Fortunately, however, there is still the so-called "conscience of the industry", as well as the aesthetic pursuit of designers to settle down. Even in the most intense and most expensive place, the case of such cost and utility is often seen.

    For example, in the five street of Manhattan, fifty-six street corner, and then a piece of land, "Sichuan PTA" was designed by students and teachers to cut off a corner, the developers lost dozens of sale units, made a legendary "hanging garden".

    This corner is now one of the most famous landscapes of the five Avenue. It has been taken by countless tourists to cut off a corner, but it brings more popularity to the five Avenue.

    After I built the corner building, the whole landscape was changed, and finally became a street with a long road, tall buildings and no skyline, and finally lost the opportunity to form neighborhood shops.

What they are looking forward to before they start up, or, they want to publicize the potential purchasers, the future is: the walking street is finally like Paris, with the sentiment and tone, the residents can sit in the open-air coffee shop and watch others' life happily.

    But now, it's just a huge parking lot.
