    At present, China's chemical fiber industry has structural overcapacity, and the demand for conventional varieties is not strong. Only by producing high-end and differentiated products can chemical fiber enterprises find a way out.

    And the production of high-end products can not be separated from high-end production equipment.

    At the tenth annual meeting of the China spinning round table forum held recently, Georg Stausberg, CEO of the chemical fiber business board of orrican, summarized the impact of the high-end production equipment on China's chemical fiber market.

    He pointed out that over the past 50 years, through the continuous innovation of POY, FDY and short fiber spinning system technology, from the continuous condensation system and the advanced environmental friendly direct color spinning scheme using 3DD hybrid technology to the latest high-speed winding head POY, HOY, FDY, IDY and BCF technology, the company has made great contributions to the rapid growth of the chemical fiber industry and the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.

    At the same time, Oricon's products are also reducing labor force.

    Reduce labor intensity

    In particular, energy saving and consumption reduction have made breakthrough technological improvements.

    The changes of environmental factors at home and abroad make domestic chemical fiber enterprises have to find a way out by developing differentiated and high-end products.

    In contrast, the production of chemical fiber products is more demanding for technology, equipment and talents. Southeast Asian emerging markets can not compete with China in chemical fiber production.

    It is said that a few years ago, the main products sold by orrican in China were Bama POY technology. At that time, the main winding heads of Bama were 4, 6 and 8, and in 2014, the newly developed POY technology had 10 heads and 12 heads.

    In addition, the most advanced FDY winding head can reach up to 32 at present, and 24 and 28 heads can be matched.

    The development of these new products has greatly reduced the energy consumption in the production process.

    Lower energy consumption means less carbon footprint and better environmental performance.

    Data show that in 1994~2014, through the continuous progress of technology, the consumption of electricity per ton of POY technology has been continuously reduced by about 30%.

    The energy saving of FDY technology is even more obvious. During the 1994~2014 period, the energy consumption of FDY exceeded 55%.

    In addition to the significant effect of reducing energy consumption, the latest POY and FDY technologies also greatly reduce the land area.

    At present, the cost of land in China is very high. The less land occupied by the yarn producing the same output, the more beneficial it is. This is also a way to increase the competitiveness of enterprises.

    Among them, the latest 24 technology of FDY can help enterprises save land 61%, and POY technology land savings can reach 45%.
