Huicheng district has a good foundation for the development of garment industry. It is "China's famous menswear city".

Last year, the textile and garment industry increased by 33.2%, and the textile industry showed a good momentum of development.

According to statistics of Huizhou textile and Apparel Association, 2014 Huicheng textile and garment enterprises more than 2200, total industrial output value 18 billion 112 million yuan, employing more than 100 thousand people, annual clothing 3.1 million pieces.

The project plans to invest 3 billion yuan, take the lead of the Fu Shen group and implement the government's policy support in 3 phases (3~5 years). The first phase covers an area of about 423 mu, and plans to build a textile and garment research and development, design, production and processing base. The two phase covers an area of about 445 mu, and plans to build textile and garment accessories, accessories and accessories wholesale.

The three phase covers an area of about 503 mu, and plans to build display and trading, e-commerce, logistics centers and corporate headquarters for textile and garment products.

After the completion of the project, it is expected to attract 150 enterprises to enter and directly produce industrial output value of 10 billion yuan / year, with a tax rate of 500 million yuan / year, to solve the employment of more than 20 thousand people.
