Dalian Development Zone Identifies 141 Key Projects

A total of 141 projects have been identified for the development of key projects in the development zone this year, with a total investment of 277 billion 200 million yuan. In the same year, 26 billion 500 million yuan was planned to be completed, including 84 new projects, 39 new projects and 18 initial projects.

The construction of these key projects is of great significance for further optimizing the regional economic structure, improving the urban functions, improving the quality of people's livelihood, and maintaining stable economic development.

The Wanda Plaza project, which is to be completed in June, is one of the key projects of the development zone this year, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan.

Since breaking ground last year, Wanda Group has been advancing rapidly with the standards of "high, large, fine, sharp and new". By November 29th last year, the main building was capped and created "Wanda speed" in the development zone.

The Wanda Plaza project will open in August this year, and will create a center for business, leisure and entertainment for the development zone.

China's Dalian R & D building project is also the key development project of the development zone this year, and it will be completed within the year.

The production of all kinds of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal casting forgings, fire-fighting equipment, valve fittings and so on, with a total investment of more than 900 million yuan in the Rong Bao machinery project; a new ice cream production line of 50 yuan, a total investment of 1 billion 800 million yuan Tianbao ice cream and logistics projects; 100 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 1 billion 500 million yuan, the Derun photoelectric phase two LED photoelectric panel lamp project; the comprehensive agricultural wholesale market -- Dalian Weiyuan farmers market project; tourism street, intelligent automation greenhouse, leisure park's Tiger Hill Tourism Project; the construction of 600 acres of greenhouse Dalian Xiang Ze strawberry base project; 32 thousand square meters of seven peak mountain relocation building, etc., are scheduled for completion in the year.
