Today, "2015." The conference discussed the current situation and development trend of carbon fiber in China, the development of carbon fiber alliance, the situation of Jilin carbon Valley Industrial Park, the development of Russian carbon fiber, the application of carbon fiber in the military field and the automotive industry.
Zhao Xiangdong, vice president of China Chemical Fiber Association, said that last year the world's carbon fiber output was about 100 thousand tons. Japanese and American companies still occupy most of the market. At present, there are more than 30 domestic carbon fiber enterprises, with 15000 tons of capacity and 3200 tons of output. The gap between China's carbon fiber industry and foreign countries is mainly in the construction of technology system and talent team. In the future, we should focus on production system, R & D system and expand application. Next, China's carbon fiber industry must transform its development mode. The first thing to do is to solve systemic problems.

Daniel, executive director of Russian National composites company, said that Jilin's raw silk is of large scale and good quality. Russian national complex is seeking opportunities to cooperate with China, developing the whole industry chain and making it commercialized.
Cao Du, President of Changan Automotive Design Institute, said that the light weight of cars really started last year. Because of the increasing demand for fuel consumption, the upgrading of vehicle lightweight has been accelerated. At present, there is no mature carbon fiber industry chain in China, so it is very difficult for the whole vehicle to realize carbon fiber. Our next goal is to make carbon fiber bodies like BMW. The state has begun to attach importance to the application of carbon fiber in the field of transportation.
Liu Yanjun, director of the carbonization plant of Jilin Fang Da Jiang Cheng Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., said that at present, carbon, 3, 6 and 12K carbon fiber of the company is close to T400 grade. At present, two companies are stepping up the engineering research of T700, T800 grade raw silk.
In January 20th, China's first carbon fiber new energy electric vehicle was successfully launched in Yancheng, Jiangsu. The newly developed e25 body is designed with full carbon fiber material and cabin weight, which is 50% less than that of the same car body. The energy consumption of the vehicle is less than 10 degrees per kilometre and the maximum mileage can reach 440 km. According to experts, the application of carbon fiber body has other meanings for energy saving and emission reduction. For example, HP-RTM and LFT-D composite molding technology and corresponding bonding and riveting technology are used to replace the traditional stamping and welding processes of automobile manufacture, and the traditional coating processes such as pretreatment and middle coating are eliminated, so that the whole vehicle manufacturing process can be transformed from large-scale production mode of large-scale casting, forging, punching and welding to the mode of production of embedded electronic products in the traditional automobile industry.
