The certificate of trademark registration is a written proof issued for the convenience of the trademark registrant and has the same legal effect as the trademark registration certificate. The applicant who issues the certificate of registration must be the owner of the registered trademark.

　　 Ways of handling

There are two ways to apply for certification of trademark registration:

(1) entrust a trademark agency to file a record with the trademark office.

(two) the applicant directly goes to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office (Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Park), and the applicant can also go to the office of the Trademark Office in Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone office. 　　 Handling steps

(1) if a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the applicant may voluntarily select any trademark agency that is registered for the trademark office. All trademark agencies registered in the Trademark Office are published in the "agency" column.

(two) if the applicant directly goes to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office, the applicant may proceed according to the following steps:

Prepare application form. Submit application form at the reception hall of the registration hall, code at the code window, pay the application fee at the payment window.

　　 Application preparation

The application for registration of a trademark shall be submitted to the following books:

1, each application shall provide 1 registration certificates of registered trademarks, submit 1 copies of the application for certification of trademark registration, 2, directly go to the registration hall, submit the photocopy of the applicant's business license and affix the seal of the unit, copy of the trademark registration certificate, and the photocopy of the identity card of the person in charge; entrust a trademark agency to handle the matter and submit a letter of attorney for trademark registration.

Note: the application for international registration certificate should add "G" before the international registration number and indicate the category of the application.

Before October 1, 2013, the registration fee for each application was 1000 yuan.

As of October 1, 2013, it will be adjusted to 800 yuan per piece.

Where a trademark agency is entrusted, the applicant shall pay the trademark registration agency the fee and the agency fee for the registration certificate, and the fee for the certificate of trademark registration collected by the Trademark Office shall be deducted from the advance payment of the trademark agency.

1, the way to get

If the party directly handles the matter, the party concerned must obtain a trademark registration certificate in the registration hall.

The Trademark Office shall issue the trademark registration certificate to the agency, and the parties shall receive it from the agency.

2, directly to the trademark registration hall to get the necessary materials.

(1) if the applicant is a legal person or any other organization, he shall submit the following materials:

1. A notice of receipt of a trademark registration certificate; a copy of the main body qualification certificate (duplicate of the business license, identity card, etc.), which is not received, shall be submitted to the applicant's seal or signature confirmation, and the registration number and notice period shall be provided.

2. The letter of introduction issued by the applicant unit;

3. The photocopy of the identity card of the recipient (after the original is returned by comparison).

If the name of the applicant has changed, the original proof of the name change issued by the registration authority shall be submitted.

If a trademark has been transferred, it shall be submitted to the Trademark Office for approval of the transfer of the trademark certificate.

(two) if the applicant is a natural person, he shall submit the following materials:

1. A notice of receipt of a trademark registration certificate; a notice of receipt of a trademark registration certificate shall be provided, and the registration number and notice period shall be provided.

2. Identity card and photocopy of the applicant (after the original is returned by comparison).

3. When entrusting another person to collect it, he must submit the applicant's identity card and its photocopy, letter of attorney, and the identity card and the photocopy of the recipient (after the original is returned by comparison).

If a trademark has been transferred, it shall be submitted to the Trademark Office for approval of the transfer of the trademark certificate.

Special note: the validity period of a registered trademark is Decade 。 If a registered trademark is to be used at the expiration of its validity, it shall apply for renewal of registration within six months before the expiration of the registered trademark. If a registrant fails to submit an application for renewal within this period, it may lodge within six months after the expiry of the application period, but must pay a renewal registration delay fee. If the application for renewal has not been submitted after the expiry of the extended period, the Trademark Office will cancel the registered trademark.
