After approval by the Ministry of Commerce, the applicant can continue to apply for country quotas. And the enterprises with the import quota of wool and gross global tariff quotas in 2014, but not holding country quotas, or newly built and put into production and the annual processing capacity of wool and wool top 5000 tons, can be applied for country quotas after approval by the Ministry of Commerce.

When importing a country quota holder, it is necessary to declare to the customs the quantity of the washed / fixed quantity of imported wool and submit the relevant import tariff quota certificate for agricultural products. In the process of import, the agreement tax rate of the Sino Singapore free trade agreement can only be applied if the relevant provisions of the Sino Singapore Free Trade Agreement are examined and confirmed by the customs.
