If Party A delays maintenance or fails to make repairs, causing damage to the premises, the loss of Party B shall be compensated by Party A.

If the house is damaged by an irresistible natural disaster, the contract will be terminated naturally.

Ten, during the tenancy period, Party B shall not rent the premises to the third party or change its usage without Party A's consent. Eleven. During the lease term, neither Party A or B can borrow the case.
