    When we first arrive at the company, we basically have nothing to do, or the old staff are afraid that you will not mess up things, or you don't know what to do. We have such experience that some simple things can be done by new people, but the new ones seldom say that I will do it, or when the new ones ask me to do it, the old employees will say no need. Actually, we all know that Chinese people do not need to be polite. As a newcomer, you must not be serious. If you do not need to do it, you will not do it. If it is really not used, when you repeatedly suggest that you do (simple things), the old staff will refuse, or else you will let go. When it comes to doing things, I think a lot of new people are very emotional.

    To do more or less is actually a matter of attitude. If you do more, you will say that you are active and do less. People will say that you lack initiative. So if you can do more in something you can do, I think it will be helpful for you to integrate into the team as soon as possible and get your recognition as soon as possible.

When we found problems in our work, we first recorded them, then we looked for opportunities to consult colleagues or superiors.     When I first arrive in a company, there are certainly many opinions and suggestions to express. But we should pay more attention to whether we fully understand what we want to express. We should also pay attention to the impact of opinions on colleagues. Suggestions are good, but not excessive and excessive.
