"Low temperature continuous fast cold drilling and bleaching process" has developed a fast, low temperature scouring and Bleaching Auxiliaries with high efficiency, dispersing, emulsifying, permeating and stabilizing. It has achieved a high efficiency and low temperature continuous cotton bath one-step process of desizing and scouring and bleaching, and has made a useful attempt to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction for textile dyeing and finishing.

Compared with conventional cold reactor technology, the low temperature continuous scouring and bleaching process of cotton fabric has been reduced from 12~24 hours to 75~90 minutes. Compared with the conventional two step gas evaporation process, the temperature of traditional scouring and bleaching process has been reduced from 100 to 40 degrees. The consumption of steam, water and chemical products has been reduced by more than 50%, and the power consumption has been reduced by more than 40%. Breaking through the disadvantages of low efficiency of traditional cold reactor technology and high energy consumption of continuous steaming process, the pH value of scouring and bleaching effluent has decreased from 12 to 7~8 and COD has been reduced by more than 60%.

The project is listed as the national Torch Plan industrialization demonstration project in 2013, and the first prize of "textile light" 2014 is awarded.

At the inspection site, Chen Zhihua said that from the "11th Five-Year" to "12th Five-Year" period, the energy saving and emission reduction level of the printing and dyeing industry has been improving, which stems from the progress of science and technology.
