Mexico Speeds Up Internationalization Of Shoemaking Industry

The Ministry of economic affairs will use 400 million pesos (1 US dollars or 13 pesos) to implement the development policy of leather and footwear industry, increase the added value of shoemaking industry, and promote the international development of the industry.

Kalsa, Vice Minister of the Ministry of economic affairs of Mexico, said that Mexico's policies on promoting leather and shoemaking industry mainly include the following aspects: certification of enterprises engaged in developing international markets, cooperation between design and innovation departments and small and medium-sized enterprises, promotion of supply chain development, improvement of production chains, and improvement of product quality through innovation and technology.
