Mei Xinda announced today that the company intends to pfer Wang Youzhi's 45% stake in Huzhou Mei Xinda Textile printing and Dyeing Technology Co. Ltd., the pfer price is 3 million 111 thousand and 612 yuan.
It is reported that the registered capital of Huzhou's Xinda is 10 million yuan, of which the company shares 45%.
