The Concept And Adjustment Scope Of International Economic Law

International economic law is a general term for regulating the international economic relations. International economic relations are divided into broad sense and narrow sense. Narrow international economic relations refer only to the economic relations between the state and international organizations. The narrow international economic relations are generally limited to the state and international organizations.

The broad international economic relations include not only narrow international economic relations, but also the economic relations among individuals, legal persons, countries and international organizations among different countries.
