Hangzhou customs statistics and Analysis Division chief said that Zhejiang's single month import and export rare "double drop", indicating that the impact of the current global financial crisis on foreign trade enterprises is gradually deepening.

At that time, affected by the Asian financial crisis, the province's foreign trade began to decline significantly in the second half of 1998, and the value of imports and exports declined for 5 consecutive months.
