       What is the starting point of your joining Tai Zi Long?

    As we all know, you worked in the clothing giant of LG Fashion, FnC Kolon in Korea, so what is the specific difference between Chinese enterprises and these enterprises?


    My personal inauguration time in China is relatively short, and now I am learning continuously. But at least for now, there is not much difference in form between China and South Korea. Of course, there must be great differences in concrete terms. For example, the sharing of business is not very developed. In Korea, there is a standard for the business status, relevant figures and indicators of large enterprises. management system The public is also in good condition, but China still lacks in this respect. Of course, this is also related to the national system.


       When you first entered the enterprise, what was the most difficult part to adapt to?


    Just now, I didn't do enough before entering Chinese enterprises. Get ready So at the beginning, I still experienced many mistakes. Not only is my personal preparation inadequate, but there are also deficiencies in the introduction and allocation of foreign talents in China. At the time, China's clothing industry and the internal system of enterprises and companies were not fully organized, and the lack of information control caused by language barriers was a difficult part at that time. In my company, I am the only foreigner. In order to work better and understand each other better, I also actively communicate with the head of the Department and create some non business meetings.


       Now, more and more Korean designers, planners and so on are joining the Chinese enterprises. Do you have any suggestions for them? ?


    First of all, we need to have a clear attitude. Working in China needs more enthusiasm and effort than working in Korea. Chinese local businesses generally hold high expectations when hiring foreigners, and should show that they are more valuable than others. Strength


    It is a good idea to be interested in local enterprises when working in Korea. It's just that you have to consider how many personal experiences are suitable for entering Chinese enterprises. There are not many cases like me working in Korea for 20 years and going to Chinese enterprises, but no matter what circumstances, the work experience in special field in Korea is very helpful.


       What is the strategic plan of Tai Zi Long now? What efforts have been made to implement this plan?


    Like many brands in China, it is also considering the development of five years and ten years. Although there is still demand in China's domestic demand market, everyone can get a share. But over the past few years, enterprises have gradually come to a sense of crisis. Tai Zilong is changing from the concept of retail business to the concept of brand image for the sustainable development of enterprises. This is also my main task in the company. That is, yes. brand image The establishment and implementation of IMC strategy related to product concept, store layout and brand image such as VM and advertising image. And we also make great efforts in product design and refinement.
