For an enterprise, the quality of the product is one of the core forces that determine its development and growth. Therefore, the quality control in the production process is particularly important. However, how to control the quality of the production process has always been a headache for all enterprises.

In my opinion, in order to control the quality of the production process, we must first clarify the factors that affect its quality, and effectively control the various factors, so as to control the quality of the production process and ensure the quality of the products.

Macroscopically speaking, the factors that affect the quality of the production process are mainly two, one is the human factor and the other is the element of the material. Specifically, the human factors mainly include managers and employees. The elements of the matter mainly refer to the environment, equipment and mode of production, as well as the fabrics and accessories used in the production.

From these aspects, we will discuss their respective roles in quality control, influence and correct application.

First, from the perspective of human factors, human factors mainly refer to the two identities of managers and employees. They play a decisive role in the production process. Without them, it is impossible to talk about products, not to mention quality.

Therefore, the analysis and positioning of "human" is extremely important.

Managers and employees, their roles in the enterprise are different and the mission is different. Managers mainly integrate the various resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, adjust the production structure of enterprises, and formulate plans for improving production efficiency.

Therefore, as a manager, efforts must be made to cultivate the ability to judge the market, update the knowledge structure, and cultivate the ability of the staff, so that the whole team can produce high-quality products that are suitable for the market demand under the leadership of the leader.

From the point of view of employees, it is mainly about having a good mentality of employment and being able to work autonomously, positively, happily and efficiently.

But employees can not always be spontaneous, energetic and meticulous to work. As an enterprise, we should strictly control the fabric and strive to ensure the quality of fabrics.

Therefore, to ensure the quality of products, we should analyze the problem in an all-round way and from various angles.
