    A good pair of running shoes can provide good shock absorption, stability and motion control. It also provides shock absorption and protection for the user's feet, legs, and spine when it helps to improve the performance of runners. To this end, equipped with the "Li Ningyun" technology platform, Lining brand has developed a brand-new professional running shoes -- "double crossing" is born.


    Lining Sports Science Center has worked closely with Gent University in Belgium to focus on the gait habits of runners. After in-depth scientific analysis of the real runner's gait, we found that about 80% of the runners used to follow the ground after slow running, about 20% of them used the ground to the ground, and about 40% of the runners who followed the habit naturally changed to use the middle ground when increasing the running speed. The most advanced research data show that when the foot is landing, it will be subjected to a rapid increase of impact and reach a large peak in a short time. If there is no proper protection at this time, it is easy to cause injuries to the knee and ankle joints. However, most of the existing design of shock absorbing shoes in the market only consider the impact force of the heel at the time of running after buffering, but do not consider the demand of the foot part of the foot during the ground running, so it is difficult to provide comprehensive and comprehensive protection against shock. The emergence of "double crossing" is aimed at solving the problem of shock absorption and the transition between them, thus creating a new revolution in running shoes.



    "Li Ningyun" material


    Newly released in January 9th. It is applied to some medium and low materials of the "double crossing" shoes (see pictures 1, 2, 3), providing the targeted function of "shock absorption" and "rebound" for this area. From the sole, the design of this material is like the number "3", which is certainly not as simple as "3". This area is the most stressed area of most runners running from behind or in the middle of the ground from a large number of scientific experiments and shoe development experience. The "Li Ningyun" material extends back from the front foot lateral position (Fig. 3, a area), which is the main area for the rapid increase in impact force when running in the middle foot. At the same time, the "Li Ningyun" material extends to the heel of the sole, covering the rear side and the outer side of the heel (Figure 3, B area), which is the main area for the rapid increase of impact force when running backside. Just as the egg breaks down at the height of the landing, the impact of the foot in the running process will cause damage to the human body. "Li Ningyun," this piece of integrated material provides excellent shock absorption and resilience for runners, whether they are in the middle ground or behind the ground. They will dissipate the impact of the feet of the runners and provide the help of the runners to rebound, thus effectively protecting the feet of the users.

    In addition to the "Li Ningyun" material to help runners to "shock" and "rebound", the "double crossing" unique arch support structure is also worth mentioning (Figure 4). The arch support structure extends from the middle foot to the front palm, and the outer soft "Li Ningyun" material constitutes the "inner hard outer soft" middle sole structure. During running, it provides better support and stability for the runners and prevents sports injuries. The part extending to the front part is also specially designed to enhance resilience and resilience when staring, making the runner easier and more economical in running. While running back to the runner, the design of the anti heel (shown in Figure 5) is also particularly important. In order to achieve this, Lining team has successfully developed a unique polymer material formula through long-term scientific experiments, and successfully polymerized four kinds of polymer materials, such as EVA and rubber, through chemical bonds, so as to mix the foam body into the bottom of the shoe, forming the basic framework of the bottom. At the same time, the gas produced by the foaming agent in the formula can be filled with the whole frame structure, forming numerous micro air bags. When the "Li Ningyun" bottom material strikes the ground, the air bag will be compressed and deformed. It will absorb the impact quickly and reduce the injury to the human foot. This is the process of absorbing energy and the process of slow vibration. When the "airbag" compression deformation reaches the extreme, four kinds of polymer materials with excellent resilience and recovery will quickly return to the original state and return the force to the foot and release the energy. This process is the rebound process. Such an efficient energy cycle system is just like the energy conversion between clouds and water: the cloud pressurized water brings endless shock absorption; the water releasing condensation cloud is ushered in full resilience, so circulate repeatedly -- this is also the most important origin of the name "Li Ningyun".


    After understanding the principle of "impact resilience", let us focus on the material used by Li Ningyun. Because the inclusion of rubber viscoelastic elastomers in the formula, and the folds of the foaming body wall of the middle bottom frame are very beneficial to the elastic recovery of the midsole after compression, resulting in a higher rebound energy, just like a spring. At the same time, the addition of benzene ring in the molecular structure of rubber enhances the toughness of the cavity wall from microcosmic, which makes the rebound, durability and shockproof performance of the "Li Ningyun" midsole material greatly improved.
