China Textile Industry Association'S Product Development Award

The market depression caused by the global financial crisis has increased again for the already stressed Chinese textile industry. Although a series of macroeconomic policies launched by the government have encouraged the confidence and fighting spirit of the industry, the severe market situation is still a brutal challenge faced by Chinese textile enterprises. The pformation of China's textile industry has become the only way to break through.

Professionals pointed out that the pformation of textile industry should be carried out in the following aspects: national policy, industry growth mode, independent innovation, energy saving and emission reduction, and industrial layout.

Among them, in addition to national policies, several other aspects are directly driven by corporate behavior.

That is to say, the pformation of enterprise thinking and strategy and tactics directly determines whether the whole industry can successfully accomplish the pformation.

Under the predicament, the natural law of "survival of the fittest" is particularly evident. The problem of "survival and development" is more clearly placed in front of the textile enterprises than ever before.

In view of this grim situation, the theme of product development award of the China Textile Industry Association in 2008 has been locked into "survival and development". Through the successful case study of enterprises' innovation and development, we have explored the advanced experience gained by enterprises in the field of innovation and development, and supported and helped more enterprises to find their own way of survival and development through the commendation and promotion of successful enterprises and cases.

During the collection process of product development award this year, more than 200 enterprises actively declared, covering dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, fibers, yarns, fabrics, clothing, household textiles and industrial textiles production and operation enterprises, textile intermediaries, textile specialized markets and industrial cluster areas.

Among them, 60 enterprises through the review, these enterprises in the product development, production control, resource integration, brand strategy and other outstanding achievements and effective experience will have the opportunity to share with many enterprises in the industry. The China Textile Industry Association will also announce and commend the enterprises that won the 2008 annual product development contribution award at the annual China Textile Innovation annual meeting held in December 11th.
