Due to the slow economic growth in South Korea and the development of the garment industry to maturity, the demand for Korean market is not strong, coupled with the rising labor costs, the shortage of skilled workers and the rising cost of accounting, the Korean clothing industry has been in a dilemma, resulting in a temporary shortage of imported Korean apparel."

In addition to the impact of the financial crisis on Korean garment enterprises, China's clothing enterprises have not been spared.

Many small factories in Guangdong doing foreign trade clothing have been affected by this financial crisis. Many enterprises have closed down, and foreign trade clothing sales are not as good as before.
