    However, the pre-processing is complex, needs to be equipped with precision instruments, the inspection cycle is longer, the inspection cost is high, and there must be professional technicians and harsh conditions.

    In recent years, the detection of banned azo dyes in textiles shows that, on the one hand, the volume of testing business has doubled, and the detection pressure has increased dramatically. On the other hand, the positive detection rate has been decreasing year by year, and the work of accurate quantitative analysis has been greatly reduced.

    A fast screening and testing method for banned azo dyes in dyed textiles has been established, and a major breakthrough has been made in the detection of banned azo dyes in dyed textiles.

    The technology is compared with the current domestic and international methods of detecting < a href= "http://www.91se91.com/news/index_c.asp" > azo dye < /a >: no need for any chromatographic instrument, the equipment needed is only a reduction water bath pot, the instrument cost is less than 1% of the existing instrument detection method, the pretreatment steps are simplified to two steps of reduction and extraction decolorization, the operation is simple, and the time for detecting 1 samples is only 34% to 40% of the existing methods; no aromatic amine standard and diatomite extraction columns are needed, the reagent consumption is less, and the reagent cost is only 3%-8% of the existing detection methods. Taking the Shandong inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology Center as an example, in 2011, a total of 4000 batches of azo samples were detected, and only one reagent could be used to save 220 thousand of the cost. < p >

    < p > the technology has been tested in thousands of practical samples at the technical inspection center of Shandong inspection and Quarantine Bureau. At the same time, it has been verified at the Jiangxi entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology Center, Jiangsu entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology Center, Zhejiang entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau Technology center, Shanghai Tianxiang gathering group, Qingdao textile fiber inspection institute, Shandong inspection and Certification Group Shandong Inspection Co., Ltd. 6 units.

    The research team took the kit and the experimental personnel, and sampled more than 20 blind samples from each daily test sample for on-site testing. The results of the kit test were compared with the results of the actual instruments.

    The results were as follows: 42 positive samples were detected, the detection rate was 100%, no false negative.

    False positive results were detected in 285 of the 1040 negative samples, and the probability of false positive was 27%.

    With the help of patents, standards and articles, extensive and effective promotion has been carried out inside and outside the industry.
