The park is planning the design of the heating center. The first phase will build 2 hourly heating 20 tons and 2 hourly heating 30 tons, ensuring the heating needs of all enterprises in the park.

At the same time, the park also has excellent and sufficient source of stone river, with a daily supply of 300 thousand tons, and a sewage treatment plant which handles 180 thousand tons of sewage will be built on the same day.

The natural gas pipeline network in the park has a daily gas supply of 80 thousand cubic meters.
