Most Adidas workers are women, aged around twenty, mostly from rural areas, working in factories like Chengda, Wei Li and Chang Yalong.
These workers work on average 6 days a week and work 10 to 12 hours a day.
They live in staff dormitories, with more than 10 employees in each dormitory and a shared bathroom. They have no pension or pension insurance.
Chang Yalong's workers are worried about being late for work because they will be deducted for 2 hours by 5 minutes late.
In Chengda, only when customers come to audit, can they give workers safety protection equipment, such as gloves, respirators and so on.
What's more, honest employees can't even choose their own meals because the factory will automatically remove their meals without permission.
Although some Adidas suppliers, such as Cheng Da, claim that their employees are willing to work overtime, because their wages are very low, they have to volunteer to stay overtime to get overtime pay to maintain and supply their families.
They never dare to imagine having Adidas shoes or other products of Adidas brand, even if these products are made by themselves, because even if they want, they can not achieve hope.
In the face of Adidas suppliers' basic salary, frequent fines and long hours of work, workers only hope that the factory can pay their due wages.
The winners of the real Olympic Games are by no means the 250 thousand Chinese workers on the adidas production line.
Instead, companies like Adidas get maximum profits by lowering labor costs.

For this reason, CLW has made a corresponding investigation and visit to the three factories of the Adidas factories in China, including the Zhongshan foundry factory, "Chang Ye long sporting goods Co., Ltd.", "Zhongshan Weili Textile Co. Ltd." and "Chengda Shoes Co., Ltd.".
According to CLW's survey of the three suppliers, the production conditions of the Adidas workers in the Chinese factory are relatively poor. The suppliers do not restrain the factories according to the Adidas's behavior standard. The production conditions of the workers are not optimistic. On the contrary, Chinese workers are paid low wages, extra overtime time, paid accommodation and catering conditions, no social insurance coverage, difficult leave, difficult labor, fines, wage reduction, poor safety protection facilities and so on.

Dongguan Chengda Shoes Co., Ltd. works 10 hours to 11 hours a day, basically six days a week, but if there is a rush to work, it will also work on Sunday.
Some departments work on shifts and night shifts, and work 12 hours a month.
Paid accommodation and food conditions: Chang Chang long long sporting goods Co., Ltd., the monthly salary of accommodation staff should be deducted from 15 yuan as the accommodation fee.
The staff in the dining hall need to book in advance, and the new factory area will be 4 yuan or 2.5 yuan. The old factory area will be 6 yuan, 4.5 yuan and 2.5 yuan per meal.
