The Survival Of Cotton Spinning Enterprises Is More Difficult, More Complicated And More Turbulent Than Last Year.
< p > as an integral part of the 2013 China International Cotton < a target= "_blank" href= "http://www.91se91.com/" > textile < /a > conference and China International Textile raw material Market Association, the enlarged meeting of the executive director of China cotton textile industry association was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu in June 3rd. At the meeting, Gao Yong, vice president of the China Federation of textile industry, pointed out that after more than two years of appeals, cotton direct subsidy policy has been loosened, and a dozen cotton related departments have consolidated their ideas. < /p >
< p > Gao Yong emphasized that although the direct subsidy policy has been loosened and has not yet been implemented, it is expected that the survival of cotton textile enterprises will be more difficult, more complicated and more turbulent than last year under the precondition that the prices of storage and storage remain unchanged. < /p >
Yang Shibin, assistant to the president of the China Federation of textile industry and President of the China Knitting Industry Association, introduced the situation of cotton direct subsidy meeting held by the NDRC in May 23rd, and conveyed the spirit of the leaders of the State Council on cotton issue: Based on the current oversupply of international cotton, the quota of cotton imports is limited, the state reserve cotton is still the main channel for domestic enterprises to purchase, the price of national cotton storage is high, and the burden of enterprises is increased. < p > Yang Shibin also expressed his views on cotton farmers' direct subsidy. He pointed out that because of the Khmer price difference, although China's cotton yield per mu is the highest in the world, its competitiveness is not as competitive as that of the United States, Australia or even India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. He hopes to implement the Cotton Subsidy Policy as soon as possible and solve the Khmer price difference as soon as possible. < /p >
< p > Xu Wenying, vice president of the China Textile Industry Federation, pointed out that the establishment of a scientific and reasonable cotton management system can not only protect cotton farmers' enthusiasm for planting cotton, but also reduce the cost pressure of cotton spinning enterprises to use domestic cotton. < /p >
