In order to help these enterprises ecosystem most effectively, I think the key is to catch the leading enterprises in the industry.

Leading enterprises are located at the core of the system. Their survival and development directly affect the surrounding small and medium-sized enterprises.

If we combine limited resources and strength to improve the living environment of large enterprises, we should get twice the result with half the effort.

At the same time, we are glad to see that the provincial Party committee and the provincial government are very concerned about the private enterprises in Zhejiang. They have gone deep into the enterprises to investigate and understand the difficulties of enterprises, and have taken many measures to protect the leading enterprises in the industry.

Recently, the provincial leaders have also put forward the view that Zhejiang has achieved rapid economic development on the basis of "rule by doing nothing". Under the current circumstances, the government should choose "do something for and rule" to help enterprises tide over difficulties.

In addition, in recent research, I also found that Jiaxing's practice is worth learning from, and their service to enterprises has been systematized.

For example, after a bankruptcy reorganization of a state-owned enterprise, it has been pformed into an incubator base. Now, hundreds of small and medium-sized enterprises are doing pioneering work, enjoying the support of science and technology, services and financial guarantee, as well as distribution, legal and warehouse services.

At the incubator base, the government, big enterprises and small businesses are working together, the government supports, big enterprises provide platforms, and small businesses grow rapidly.

I think this is a very good enterprise ecosystem, which is worth promoting.

Our enterprises are facing many difficulties and are experiencing the winter of the industry.

But we always believe that if winter comes, can spring be far behind?

We must survive the cold winter and look forward to spring.

We need to encourage and encourage SMEs.

Nan Cunhui, chairman of CHINT group, broke through the "chicken head" sentiment. In the first half of this year, CHINT showed a strong growth trend under many difficulties and challenges. Financing is very difficult now, which seriously hamper the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since 2007, we have been working with the Construction Bank and ICBC to refer to SMEs' credit in the Alibaba network. Banks have provided unsecured and low interest loans to SMEs.
