The Ninth China International Machine Tool Exhibition Held In October 9Th
The Ninth China International Machine Tool Exhibition, which will be held in Beijing on 9~13 October, will reach 120 thousand square meters. Compared with the previous exhibition of 62 thousand square meters, almost doubled the number of exhibitors, and the number of exhibitors also increased from 1020 to more than 1400. Why did the exhibition be sought after by exhibitors? Zhou Guodou, general manager of Beijing National Machine Exhibition Center, in a word, China's machine tool market is large enough. Zhou Guodou pointed out that China's machine tool market is big enough for its obvious characteristics. There are three main characteristics, that is, industrial clusters are gradually becoming the climates, and the main battlefield of enterprise marketing is unlimited in domestic and market potential. Industrial clusters are becoming more and more mature. For machine tool industry, the formation of industrial clusters requires two conditions: on the one hand, a number of powerful private enterprises have emerged in the production of machine tools; on the other hand, a number of powerful industrial brands and regional brands have emerged in the use of machine tools. After 30 years of reform and opening up, these two conditions are already available. In terms of private enterprises, private enterprises have replaced state-owned enterprises as the main force of machine tool export in 2007, accounting for 35.7%, which is 0.4 percentage points above state-owned enterprises. In terms of industrial brand and regional brand, China has more than 170 well-known industrial brands and regional brands ranking first in the world, such as Chinese clothing and shoes, lighters in Wenzhou and toothbrushes in Yangzhou. He also told reporters that a county in Zhejiang has set up a machine tool association, and there are four hundred or five hundred large and small machine tool factories. China's machine tool industry cluster has become a trend, and this trend has also been fully reflected in this exhibition. Provinces and cities such as Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shaanxi and Tianjin, which are becoming more and more industrial clusters, have been participating in the exhibition, of which Jiangsu group has an exhibition area of 3000 square meters. The result of industrial cluster is to stimulate the consumption of machine tools. In the past 5 years, China has been leading the world in terms of machine tool consumption. In 2008, China's total machine tool consumption will be close to US $18 billion. As the world's largest importer of machine tools and the largest consumer of machine tools, foreign machine tool manufacturers value China's market very much. Every two years, the original "China International Machinery and equipment exhibition" and the "China Machine Tool Fair Exhibition" have many foreign machine tool manufacturers exhibiting. At the last exhibition, 354 exhibitors from 25 countries including the United States, Germany, Italy, Britain, France, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, Spain and so on. Therefore, with the approval of the Ministry of Commerce, since the beginning of this exhibition, the original "China International Machinery and equipment exhibition" and the "China machine tool and tools exhibition fair" were officially renamed the China International Machine Tool Exhibition. There are two classic criticisms on the Chinese marketing of the machine tool industry in the main battlefield of the enterprise marketing: one is the high end failure, and the other two is the low end dogfight. According to statistics, in 2007, China imported 107672 machine tools, down 1% from the same period last year. The import amount was about 7 billion 72 million US dollars, down 2% from the same period last year. The average unit price of imported machine tools was 65682.77 US dollars, down 1.4% from the same period last year. In 2007, China exported about 8 million 320 thousand machine tools, an increase of 5% over the same period last year. The export amount was $1 billion 651 million, an increase of 39% over the same period last year, and the average unit price of export machine tools was 1942 US dollars, up 32.36% over the same period last year. In comparison, the negative growth of imports and the high growth of exports indicate that the so-called high-end losing and low-end fighting are biased. In the words of Zhou Guo Du, the NC rate of machine tool industry has increased significantly. A number of high quality machining centers and CNC machines with independent intellectual property rights have been released to the world, and have been equipped with state-level key projects.
