Blowing carding unit has the advantages of high production efficiency and labor saving, but it is suitable for processing large quantities of raw materials. In order to make the vortex spinning to the differential and functional yarns, the raw materials must be small batch and many varieties. It is difficult to adapt the blowing carding process. If we want to produce high grade, cotton blended or colored spinning vortex yarn, we need to go through the combing process and the cotton blending process.     At present, the production environment of vortex spinning enterprises is quite different, and the control technology is not yet fully in place. To avoid the phenomenon of sucking and wrapping flowers in cots and aprons, the control of temperature and humidity is very important and must be relatively stable.
