Hangzhou store, and commissioned the national footwear quality supervision and inspection center to conduct quality inspection.

The inspection report shows that the measured results of these three bags are not in line with the "appearance quality requirement" item in the QB/T1333-2004 standard of light industry in People's Republic of China. There is a lack of product standard samples and the inspection conclusion is unqualified.

In May 15th, the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce sent Louis Weedon and China Commercial Sales Co., Ltd. the notice of unqualified results and the inspection report, and put it on file for investigation.

According to the provincial commerce and industry introduction, during the statutory period, the company did not raise objections to the monitoring results, but unlawfully sold the unqualified goods registered and preserved by law enforcement officers.

Afterwards, in June 5th, Louis Weedon's Hangzhou store closed quietly.

Yesterday, the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce formally made a decision on Louis Weedon (China) Commercial Marketing Co., Ltd.: it decided to stop selling unqualified goods, and correct the illegal activities within 15 days, confiscate the illegal income of 298559 yuan, and impose a fine of 462500 yuan.

At the same time, Louis Weedon (China) Commercial Sales Co., Ltd. is required to deal with the complaints of consumers who have purchased unqualified back bags properly.
