Water soluble organic solvents are usually alcohols. It can improve the solubility of dyes and ink stability, so that they have suitable surface tension and viscosity.
Colorants are water-soluble dyes. They require good stability, color reduction, light fastness and water resistance. They also ensure that they have higher optical density, good friction, washability and fastness to light.
At present, the ink used for digital inkjet printing mainly includes pigments, reactive dyes, disperse dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes and so on.
