Group Limited by Share Ltd and Wuhan Textile University jointly completed the "new summer wet fast drying denim product development and industrialization". The two projects successfully completed by the Dai Yin group, "the research and industrialization of denim fabric high elastic finishing technology", were successfully approved by the China Textile Association.

"New summer moisture fast drying denim product development and industrialization", aiming at the problems of difficult weaving, poor wrinkle resistance and poor wearing performance of traditional cotton light denim products, the double filament staple fiber composite spinning technology was used to expand the application scope of cowboy yarn, and the cowboy fabric hydrophilic finishing technology was developed at the same time. The moisture absorption of cotton fibers and the moisture conductivity of the filament were combined to achieve the cowboy.

The products of the project reach the national standard of moisture absorption and quick drying functional fabrics, and the denim fabrics made of them are light, smooth, drape and glossy.

The appraisal committee agreed that the technology of the project is mature and stable, reducing the consumption of labor, electricity and machinery materials, greatly reducing the production cost, and having good economic and social benefits. It is suggested that the Dai Yin group further develop series products to meet the market demand.

"Research and industrialization of high elasticity finishing technology for denim fabric". Aiming at the technical bottlenecks of traditional high technology elastic denim fabric, such as large shrinkage factor, low elastic elongation and unstable recovery rate, the factors affecting the elasticity of spandex elastic denim fabric were systematically studied. Various technological parameters were optimized, and a high elastic denim fabric finishing line was developed.

At the same time, the shrinkage of the fabric was made in wet and relaxed condition, and the damage of spandex filament in high temperature finishing was reduced by wetting. It reached the requirement of weft Gao Yanshen, low shrinkage and high resilience of elastic denim fabric.

According to the appraisal committee, the technology of the project is mature and stable, and the effect of energy saving, water saving, emission reduction and consumption reduction is remarkable. It has good economic and social benefits.
