The average cost of cotton grade 4 cotton processing is 19300-19500 yuan / ton. According to some local cotton enterprises, from the public inspection data, the proportion of cotton grade 4 lint cotton in Yueyang and Changde is basically 70-80% this year, and the enterprises with better control can reach 90%, and 5 grade cotton is not common.
