    Common problems and solutions in the production process are mainly caused by water glass. The dyeing process should be washed with soap and added with chelating dispersant DF-101.

    Cold pad batch dyeing of knitted fabric with SNE dyes has strong color, good color fastness, high dyeing quality, soft texture, good weave and drapability.

    Cold pad batch dyeing can reduce waste water, save energy and reduce consumption, and significantly reduce cost. It is suitable for small batch and multi varieties fabrics.
