It provides a realistic and feasible choice for the vast number of small and medium-sized garment enterprises to enter the market. Small and medium-sized clothing enterprises, because of lack of financial resources and resources, are in a disadvantageous position in negotiation and cooperation with large distribution clothing enterprises.
