    The methods of textile functional finishing include physical finishing, chemical finishing and biological ecological finishing. Among them, physical finishing is divided into three methods: dipping, dip rolling and coating.


    Physical finishing.

    Impregnation method: a multi-functional finishing agent which forms homogeneous solution with finishing agent and solvent. With the solution penetrated into the gap between fibers in the fabric, dyed fur coat should be strictly checked for chromatic aberration or odor.

    Because the interaction force between finishing agent and textile is weak, the fastness is not high, and it is easy to lose the unique function by the influence of external and usage.

    Functional textiles

    After immersion in the solution, the additives are extruded into the textile fiber gap with the solution.

    The rolling method is simple and easy to operate, and can be realized by ordinary sizing equipment. The cost is low, and its significance to enterprises is more important in the risk management of marketing channels.     But fabric feel and style characteristics are slightly affected by the solution.

    This kind of finishing method has high fastness, good durability and low cost. The drawback is that the style of textile and hand feeling finishing agent have great influence.


    Chemical finishing.

    The chemical reaction of monomers and monomers with some functions can be carried out by copolymerization and grafting, so that fiber materials and functional materials are closely combined to form a new functional material.

    Chemical finishing has permanent performance, but this method is highly technical, costly and difficult to produce.


    Bio ecological finishing.

    Functional finishing

    This kind of finishing has the characteristics of high safety, little environmental impact and good finishing effect.

    Because biological ecological finishing relies on biochemical action, although the finishing effect is good and the function is durable, it is difficult to produce and high cost, and the influence on the handle and style of the textile is different from that of the biological enzyme.
