    As Sun Ruizhe, vice chairman of the China Textile Industry Federation and director of the China Fashion alliance organizing committee, said at the forum theme conference, China's creative design ability is still weak, the Incubation Mechanism of creative designers is still not perfect, and the survival of many talented independent designers is not optimistic. It still leaves behind the mature industrial chain, lacking effective funds, technical support and practical support for large-scale production capacity.

    There is no systematic fund and venture capital for fashion industry and creative design at the social and capital market level.


    At the same time, there is also a vacuum in the protection of intellectual property rights in creative design. The recognition of the market value of creative design is insufficient, and the concept of paying equal attention to the intangible innovation such as design capability has not yet been established.

    All these restrict the embeddedness and growth of creative design power in the industry, and we need to rectify the deviation through mechanism innovation and concept innovation. We need to strengthen the protection of laws and regulations.
