Since 11th Five-Year, remarkable achievements have been made in China's industrial energy conservation and emission reduction, and technological progress has played an important role in achieving the goal of national energy conservation and emission reduction.
In 12th Five-Year, China is still in the stage of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization. The constraints of energy resources and environment are more prominent, and the difficulty of energy saving and emission reduction is increasing. The supporting role of technology in energy saving and emission reduction is becoming increasingly prominent.
At present, the technological development of various industries in China is not balanced. The level of energy consumption and pollution emission of enterprises in the industry is uneven, and advanced and backward technology and equipment coexist.
It is an important way to build a resource conserving and environment-friendly industry to carry out the selection, evaluation and promotion of advanced and applicable technologies, and comprehensively enhance the level of energy conservation and emission reduction technology. It is also an important starting point for promoting industrial pformation and upgrading.
At present, there are some outstanding problems in the selection, evaluation and promotion of industrial energy saving and emission reduction technologies, which have become the bottleneck restricting the popularization of technological achievements of energy saving and emission reduction in 12th Five-Year.
