    As a master apprentice of Japanese design master Shunzi Xiaoxiao, Wang Tao, a British designer, once served as a famous British designer Women's wear Chief designer of the brand. However, out of his love for national brands, his obsession with fashion design, and his determination to make a career in the motherland, Wang Tao resolutely quit his job in the UK and returned to China in 2004 to join Shanghai Ribo Industry Co., Ltd.


    However, it is not the "foreign monks" who will immediately "capture" the dealers' hearts. At the first product order meeting designed by Wang Tao, the dealers refused to place orders for fear of not being recognized by consumers, because the style was very different from the past romantic pastoral broadcast: broadcast products, which poured cold water on Wang Tao's enthusiasm for creation.


    At that time, Wang Tao felt particularly frustrated. Thanks to the support of Wang Weidong, the chairman of the board of directors, Wang Tao was relieved with a seemingly understatement sentence, "You can't be sure if you are not sure".


    At that order meeting, the dealer only tentatively ordered a small number of clothes designed by Wang Tao. Unexpectedly, as soon as the clothes came on the market, they sold well. After the dealers responded, they immediately placed a large number of orders to supplement the styles designed by Wang Tao.


    In this way, under Wang Tao's design concept of integrating eastern and western cultural elements, broadcast, which is oriented by pastoral style, has gradually evolved into an intellectual and elegant fashion women's clothing brand, and has gained huge market recognition and harvest.


    In July this year, broadcast held a unique and intellectually elegant new product release show in Nanning, Guangxi, with the concept of "one show moves one city", which caused great response. The principals of several famous local stores immediately proposed to local dealers: adjust the discount rate, provide better store location, and support the development of broadcast.

    Because of his study and work experience in Japan and Britain, Wang Tao is good at combining Japanese design concepts with British design styles. The soft fabrics in spring and summer mostly adopt the delicate style of Japan in details, while the tough fabrics in autumn and winter will draw more from Britain's superb cutting technology, reflecting the straight and rough side of clothing.


    But her clothes are not designed to simply express her own style, but to follow the market trend and create fashionable clothes for consumers that can show their individual opinions. Therefore, her design works have "captured" a large number of consumers, making them loyal supporters of broadcast.


    In order to achieve the best design effect for each season's clothing style, Wang Tao always tries his best. People who do fashion design understand that time waits for no one. Before what time must the design works of the next season be taken out, otherwise the ordering, production and listing will be affected, and then the sales of a season will be affected.


    For example, in 2011, in order not to delay the progress of work, Wang Tao communicated with her designer team at her home in the UK the day after giving birth to her second baby and exchanged details of the design.


    She regards fashion design as another "child" of her own and devotes herself to cultivation. For the sake of broadcast: the development and growth of the broadcast brand, Wang Tao has endured the separation from his family for years. Her lovely 8-year-old son and husband live in England. Wang Tao takes his little daughter, who is only over 1 year old, to live in China. The family only has three or four months of reunion time a year. It's really a lot of time to get together.


    When the reporter asked her if she regretted this lifestyle, Wang Tao said: "In fact, there are many regrets. After all, the time spent with her family is too little, but her responsibilities are heavy, and she is not allowed to let go easily."
