Pakistan Improves The Competitiveness Of Textile Industry Vietnam Actively Develops The Japanese Market
Pakistan signed a 9.2 million rupee agreement to increase spin Industrial competitiveness
The National Productivity Organization (NPO) of Pakistan's Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Textiles signed an agreement worth 9.2 million rupees on Monday, aiming to improve the competitiveness of the textile sector and improve its quality in the international market.

Hawaja, CEO of the National Productivity Organization of the Ministry of Industry of Pakistan Muhammad Yousuf and Shahid, Secretary of the Ministry of Textiles Rashid signed the agreement with the company committee to establish quality standards in the textile industry.
The basic goal of the project will improve the benchmark of the textile sector, such as cotton ginning, knitting processing and knitting sewing. With the implementation of the project, it will determine the competitiveness comparison between Bangladesh and international industry at the current level, especially Bangladesh, China, India and Vietnam.
Therefore, the research will focus on the factors that affect the competitiveness of the sector, and help textile legislators and industrialists prepare for the future activities of industry.
Previously, the NPO had also implemented a benchmarking system for various sectors. With the implementation of the project, the expert group of the National Productivity Organization will enforce the latest practice, monitor the pre established time frame, and ensure the balance of quality. To this end, foreign experts will also visit Pakistan to spread the overall productivity maintenance among industrialists and productivity practitioners.
Vietnam's textile exports to Japan in the first seven months reached US $1.50 billion
In recent years, Japan has become Vietnam's third largest trading partner and second largest export market. The amount of bilateral trade between Vietnam and Japan last 2011 reached 21 billion US dollars, of which the amount of exports of Vietnamese products to Japan was 11 billion US dollars, an increase of 39% over the same period of the previous year. In the first seven months of this year, the amount of bilateral trade between Vietnam and Japan reached 14 billion US dollars, including 7 billion US dollars of Vietnam's exports to Japan and 6 billion US dollars of imports from Japan.
Vietnam exported the most important products to Japan in the first seven months of this year, including crude oil (US $1.6 billion) and textile (US $1.50 billion), accounting for 21.6% and 13.9% of Vietnam's total exports to Japan.
After nearly 40 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, Japan has now become an important cooperative partner of Vietnam in politics, economy, trade, investment, tourism and other fields. The two countries signed assistance in 2009 to build a strategic partnership.
According to Mr., the representative of Asia New Power, a Japanese company Masaaki Okano said that Vietnamese enterprises should actively study the Japanese market, especially the product quality requirements, design and relevant laws and regulations, to promote Vietnamese goods to enter the Japanese market.
Japanese foreign companies in Vietnam exit Both have continued to grow, accounting for more than 50% of Vietnam's total exports to Japan. Vietnam and Japan have signed many agreements so far to promote bilateral economic, trade, investment and tourism cooperation.
