The standard state of take-up springs is that the cutting points on the arms are basically the same as the front ends of the take-up springs, which should be adjusted according to the requirements of fabrics and the requirements of the processes.

It is particularly important to note that if the computerized flat sewing machine is made of fully dry spinning shuttles, it is more sensitive to the thread spring adjustment than the conventional computerized sewing machine, which is used for the rotary sewing machine.

If the take-up spring is not adjusted properly, it is easy to cause entanglement, breakage and winding.
